Sebastian Stoddard is born and raised American and is currently 18 years of age, having been on AMG for two years (skipping out on the Freshman year due to special cirucumstances), which would make him a Senior. He was unfortunate enough to gain the power of Omniscience, meaning he has the power to know everything and anything.
Because of his legacy, he has become rather bitter and withdrawn, avoiding contact with other humans unless it has been forced upon him, one way or another. Through his bitterness, he is still polite and well behaved and won't walk away from a conversation without properly finishing it and dismissing himself at the conversation partner's earliest convenience. He has good intentions, but due to his socially awkward tendencies stemming from his own experiences with his power he might not always be so willing to express them.
He is objective when answering questions and might be clumsy about which kinds of information he passes on. Sometimes he can be experienced as careless or unreliable, especially when it comes to keeping secrets secret. Since he has so much information at his disposal, it's not unheard of that he lets his tongue slip about rather sensitive subjects.
Because of his unfortunate tendencies, he's drawn a depression upon himself which causes some serious internal conflict. What he knows conflicts with what he feels, and he's not a good enough actor to hide it during his more depressive periods. Just because you know what makes a good actor doesn't mean it gives you the skills to be one, yourself.
... All in all, this is an insecure, good guy with a lousy self-confidence and -esteem who's severely held back and messed up by the power he possesses. He's intellectually conflicted and an emotional trainwreck. He's rather loyal to those who appeal to him emotionally, but he can get rather intimate very quickly. His power is probably to blame for that. Mind that he won't necessarily be emotionally intimate, but intimate in an informational sense. He might start strange conversations. He's a guy who can't hold grudges, however. It doesn't stop others from disliking him.
He also suffers migraines fairly regularly when around other people, and any Telepaths may find his mind screaming out very odd mantras in public areas.
Another thing to note is that there have been charges for "stalking" pressed against him in the past, if your character is the kind to do research on others or read up in the newspapers (since there was a short article about his case when it happened back in lower grade school). The details on the case are rather poor, however, and he was never given public excuse when the case was finally settled and the charges were dropped.

lucia & sebastian So hai there, I'm Hopey and I'm gonna throw my hoard of characters at you. <3 The first here is Lucia Newman, my junior.
Luci's an empath, meaning she can feel other people's emotions. From the way you describe him, I think Lucia would have a hard time with him. She's incredibly friendly and cheerful, though the fact that he would know everything (I'm not sure how omniscience works, haha) would make him uneasy. But she also knows how it is to have a power that can turn you sort of bitter. I personally think Lucia would try to befriend him, and she'd probably be sort of stubborn about it. What do you think?

I'm not sure how she'd react to Sebastian, honestly...

... Oh dear. sebastian & lucia Omniscience is just that you know things. If he's around Lucia, for example, he might suddenly know everything about her if he doesn't watch his thought process. (Well, he already does technically know, but he tries not to think about it...)
And, he would probably be uncomfortable with her since he's already painfully obvious as it is when he's depressed and about his bitterness and he doesn't want to be pitied or crutched. And, most of all, he would rather that people didn't figure such things out and he absolutely hates it when people ask questions about it.
Given time, he could potentially soften up if he's continually exposed, but he wouldn't like the idea very much in the beginning and would be resistant to a degree. That is, so far as he can be while not totally rejecting, as that's not something he would do.

He could potentially learn to soften up to Daniel as well, and wouldn't be too troubled by his presence. I can see them developing at a friendly level.

I don't think Sebastian would enjoy being in her close vicinity due to what she has been through and where she came from, and would probably be extremely cautious near her and might go so far as to take detours around her just because he doesn't want to be exposed to what she is and what she has in her baggage.
In case he would be exposed, he'd be like a deer in the headlights. Which is quite comical, in my mental images of the scene... But, yeah.

D'awr, He needs a hug. Lucia isn't particularly fond of her power, but it isn't something she can really control. She can block out more of the harshest emotions, but she'd definitely want to help him. She's really stubborn, but if Sebastian honestly didn't want to be near her, she'd get it. But I think she'd try and be friends with him indeed.

I can definitely understand that. It would freak Ariel out, too, if he knew everything that she had gone through. She'd probably avoid him as much as possible, though not have something against him personally.

seb & lexi yay socially awkward people rule!!!! anyways mine is a freshman and I don't really know how they would get along. She's cold and sort of her own. She is a telekinetic person and tends to have really bad thoughts of the school. I think they might get along. She's hates depressed people so I think in the beginning she would avoid him until she got to know him then she would try to distract him cause that is just how she is.

sebastian & lucia Well, because Sebastian is like he is, he wouldn't blatantly push her away. He's well-mannered, much to his dismay, and if she comes up to speak to him before he gets the chance to run away, he'll stay and speak to her until she feels that she's done with the conversation. He's also got a sad tendency to answer to requests more often than he should, just like he answers questions without thinking twice. So he wouldn't exactly be difficult to make contact with as long as you catch him unprepared or catch up with him when he starts running, but it'll be more difficult to make him feel comfortable with the situation. It'd be a very awkward relationship. sebastian & ashley SO. ash would try his best to cheer sebastian up. ash is a really nice kid, and also a bit socially awkward, so they could be acquaintances, or maybe some sort of odd friends. ash would also want to try and learn from seb (he's actually very naive and curious, but that might tick seb off?) he's always trying to help people, even if they refuse to want his help. it's just who he is! i dunno how sebastian would react to that, though ^_^"

sebastian && evan They share a dorm and I imagine they'd have a love-hate relationship. She wouldn't mind him, but she's a pain in the ass to live with. Messy, invasive, no sense of personal space. she'd strut around in her panties and bra without a care if he saw her. She's also really easy to annoy and she'd be annoyed by his power a lot. But I think she would have an almost sibling-like fondness for him because he's kind of like her daddies. (Adopted by a gay couple.) So she'd have this weird thing where she acts like she dislikes him but if anyone ever laid a hand on him she'd be right there with fireballs a-ready. She'd tease him and stuff but it would be her way of showing affection. "HEY! I'M THE ONLY ONE ALLOWED TO PUNCH HIM!"

sebastian & ashley Ashley sounds like the kind of guy that Sebastian would be rather annoyed with, yes. First of all, because he's persistent and completely ignorant of the not-always-so-subtle signals of "please leave me alone!", and the fact that he tries to learn. Which means he's probably asking questions that Sebastian feels like he has to answer, and he absolutely hates that and would probably be stocking up heartily on pain relievers to deal with the migraines of his encounters with Ashley. He could potentially grow to soften up on him, but it'd take time since Sebastian spends most his time in Ashley's vicinity as being worried or distracted by throbbing pains behind his forehead.

Though... as mentioned above, he doesn't like to be asked questions because of the high risk of drawing upon migraines. I'm not really sure what he'd think of Zendaya on a personal level, though. They seem to be pretty different, so it's hard to really tell. I think Sebastian would be very suspicious of her, however, since her personality and her power could just be really risky in combination. He would probably experience her as unstable, so he'd be wary of her.

It sounds pretty lovely, what you've already put down. He wouldn't be so bothered by her extreme behaviours in private, since he'd just make sure he wasn't ever looking in her direction. He's not particularly interested in seeing her strut around half-naked, unless she were to come up close and actually make a deal out of it. He'd only respond to teasing by staring, or alternatively by beginning to ramble on about the stupidity of the situation and the reasons behind her obnoxious behaviour and the consequences it will get for her later in life.
All in all, though, the way you described the relationship is absolutely lovely. I say we go with it.

sebastian & kale I love the fact he's all gentleman-y and a bit socially awkward. I'm thinking Kale and Sebastian would have like a big brother, little sister relationship c: Sebastian can see a lot of himself in her, and would to always be there for her, and give her advice and stuff. But Kale would be kind of freaked out at first, that this senior is talking to her~ but eventually, I think there will be a real loyal friendship between the too. maddy and sebastian Matilda would probably be the girl who tries to cheer him up. There wouldn't be any power struggles since her power is just controlling water, so she would probably just hang around him like an annoying fly. Since he's cute and gentlemanly, she might develop a crush on him, but that could be one sided if Sebastian didn't return the feelings. Anyways Maddy is super up-beat and funny, and would always try to make him crack a smile. Maybe friends?
