I've been mulling it over for like a week. And I want him.

SO YEAH. I may not make him for a bit (at least until I get home or something), so if someone else hops along and want him, too, I GUESS I CAN RELINQUISH HIM but anyways.

He'll be a big fat douchebag with a heart of silver. Probably going to go for memory manipulation, and he probably uses it to his advantage quite a bit. Half of the time to actually get something he wants, half of the time to just mess with people.
