As the mayor of the city begins to feel intimidated by the numerous claims of 'powers', young adults in high-school are sent away to an isolated island (called Grace Island, nicknamed: Grace) where they are to continue schooling in a safer, more controlled environment. Parents are told that their child has been invited to go to a prestige, private high-school on the island, called the Eastern American Montessori for the Gifted. Otherwise known as: the AMG. But anyone who knows the truth, it's just a school where they ship all the super-humans in order to keep rest of society safe from them. Controversy stirs when a batch of students escape the island in a midnight expedition and uncontrollably unleashed their powers to unsuspecting individuals who suffered from life-threatening injuries. Suddenly, questions are being thrown every which way and secrets are let out. Mostly everyone knows of their powers. But even more issues arise when new information is revealed that the government is the reason for these 'supernatural' powers. Early experiments beginning in the 1940s had made the test subject's genetic material faulty, leading to the births of thousands of children with what seem to be super-human powers. People are now doubting who the relationships they have and questioning the government they knew before. Who will you trust in all this madness? |
